Criminal & Traffic Cases

I represent people in all types of criminal cases, both misdemeanor and felonies. Additionally, I have represented numerous clients in all varieties of traffic cases, from minor traffic offenses, up to driving under suspension and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, commonly known as OVI, OMVI, DUI, DWI, or Drunk Driving. I have represented clients in all local Mayor’s Courts, as well as central Ohio’s Municipal and Common Pleas Courts.

I have represented clients in all local Mayor’s Courts (Upper Arlington, Whitehall, Gahanna, New Albany, Grandview, Hilliard, etc.) as well as Franklin County Municipal and Common Pleas Court. I travel to Fairfield County (Lancaster) Licking County (Newark), Union County (Marysville), Madison County (London), Pickaway County (Circleville), and Delaware County (Delaware) on behalf of my clients frequently.

As a former Prosecutor, my relationship with many current prosecutors and judges benefit my clients. I will work to obtain the best deal for you, and fully inform you with every legal and factual detail in your case so you can make the most informed decision on how you would like to proceed with your case.

I also handle all of my cases personally, and will deal personally with the prosecutor on your behalf. I will get the best deal possible for you.
